We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for the capes within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.
If you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order.Then I will issue a full refund.
After 48 hours of the order date, Can you still get a full refund, but you need to responsible for the original shipping fee and the reshipping fee.
For custom items I don't accept refund unless there is an error on my part.
But I am willing to take responsibility if there is ever damage that occurs during shipping.
You must ensure the package in perfect condition and can't be washed.
When the cape is got back in its original condition and packaging, I will give you a refund of the cape or exchange a new one.
Shipping charges in either direction are non-refundable.
